Ages 6 & Up

• Our leveled classes introduce gymnasts to the four basic women’s gymnastics events: vault, uneven parallel bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.
• Led by experienced instructors, Irving Gymnastics offers classical event coaching for leveled classes (Red, Green, Blue). As gymnasts attain their leveled class goals and complete skills, they will move to the next level.
• Utilizing a structured lesson plan in two-week rotations, multiple coaches will guide your child using their expertise in events maximizing your child's goal achievment and build trusting relationships will all of our staff.
• Gymnasts will develop their flexibility, posture, balance, and strength, as well as their confidence. We provide quality instruction to those interested in recreational gymnastics and those who wish to pursue competition.
