Irving Gymnastics offers a family-first girls' competitive training program designed to support a well-rounded, competitive gymnast in achieving her gymnastics goals.
Whether she wants to perform or compete, we are here to train, guide and support her through her journey. Tryouts for the competitive programs are held in May with more information to come!
Our USAG Level 3-5 Girls Compulsory program competes structured routines for each level with events designed for competition through the USAG organization.
The compulsory team trains between 12-18 hours a week depending on level. Season training begins after May tryouts in June. Teams will attend various meets throughout August-December.
Our USAG Level 6+ Girls Optionals program competes individualized routines for each level focused on building upper-level gymnastics skills for state, regional and national competitions.
The optionals team trains 18+ hours a week depending on level. Season training begins after May tryouts in June. Teams will attend various meets throughout August-December.
Our TAAF Xcel Levels Bronze, Silver, Gold, & Platinum Girls program competes flexible routines for each level with a skill list focused on the individual gymnasts' strengths to prepare for competition through the TAAF organization.
The Xcel team trains between 10-15 hours a week depending on level. Season training begins after May tryouts in June. Teams will attend various meets throughout January-May.
Our developmental team is designed to prepare our gymnasts to enter compulsory competition the following year beginning in Level 3.
The developmental team trains 4 hours a week focusing on level 1-3 skills performing twice throughout the year. Placement in the developmental team is determined through the team open tryout in May.
