Irving Gymnastics holds the best children's birthday party in town! 


Our age-appropriate parties are 1.5 hours of super fun and hassle-free. Your child has a choice of two theme parties: Gymnastics or Nerf Wars! Our goal is to handle everything so that you can sit back and be a guest at your own party. 


Upon arrival, your designated party host will greet you and escort you to our party room, where they will have tables and chairs set up and ready for decorations. Our hosts will take care of everything for you: decorating the party room, setting up, singing, cake time, and clean-up. 


You just get to sit back and enjoy the party!

Frequently Asked Birthday Questions

  • What types of birthday parties do you offer?

    We offer two types of parties:

    • Gymnastics Theme - Trampoline, Obstacle Courses, Gymnastics, Games
    • Nerf-Wars - Nerf wars, Obstacles Courses, games

    Bring your own Nerf gun and accessories or we can provide them at no charge!

  • When are parties held?

    We only host birthday parties on Saturdays. 


    Slots are required to be filled up in the order of earliest to latest.


    Slot 1: 1:00 pm-2:30 pm

    Slot 2: 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

  • How do I check my date request availability?

  • How long is the party?

    Your child's party will be 1.5 hours in length with one certified instructor per ten children. The party will consist of 60 minutes of fun gym activities and 30 minutes in the party area for cake.  

  • How early do I need to arrive?

    You will need to arrive at least 20 minutes before your party is scheduled to begin. 

  • What does Irving Gymnastics provide?

    Irving Gymnastics provides the gym, coaches, party room, four 6-foot tables and chairs, refrigerator, microwave and clean up.

  • What do I have to provide for the party?

    Please supply decorations, paper goods, utensils, cake, drinks, any food, and goody bags for your child's party. Note: No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the facility.

  • What Add-Ons are available for purchase?

    • $25 - We decorate for you! (You provide the decor!)
    • $50 - Add an extra 30 minutes to your party.
    • $10 - Each additional child over the standard 12 children.

  • How many instructors or staff are needed?

    We will provide the appropriate number of staff based on the size of your party. There will be at least two staff members hosting your birthday event.

  • Can I reschedule/transfer my party?

    The party may not be rescheduled or transfered and the deposit is non-refundable.

  • What happens if I have more children show up?

    12 children are included in the price of your party. Each additional child is $10.

  • When do I pay the remaining balance of the party?

    You should receive a phone call on the Wednesday before your party and you will pay for the remaining balance at that time.


    Additional child charges will be paid after the party.

  • What age is best for birthday parties?

    Only Potty-trained children can participate in our parties. We can provide a great experience for all ages. Typically we start birthday parties no earlier than 3 years old. 

  • Is my deposit refundable?

    No. We do not offer refunds.

  • Can younger siblings and guests attend the party?

    Potty-trained children are counted as guests. Adults may attend the party but are not allowed the gymnastics equipment.

  • How much is the deposit?

    You will pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the birthday party total to secure your date.

  • Does the birthday costs include tips for staff?

    The cost of birthday parties does not include tips for your coaches/staff.


    We encourage you to tip the staff as 100% of your tip goes to them.

  • What is the difference between a member and non-member?

    Members have paid the annual family membership fee of $50 and their accounts are current.


    Non-members have not paid the family membership fee or the account is not current.
