Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the meet start time for judges and gymnasts.

Spectators will be let in 15 minutes prior to meet starting.

• Ultimate Team Photos will be here again this year to take pictures of your gymnast.

• Admission $10/Adults and $5/Child (3-12) & Seniors 65+ CASH ONLY Exact

change is Preferred.

• There will be a full Concession stand available for CASH ONLY.

• Scores will be posted to Meet Scores Online at night after the day’s sessions are

complete.

• We have a Snapchat filter made for this weekend’s event. Feel free to use it while

you’re at the meet as well as tag Irving Gymnastics in your fun photos. We love

seeing you all!

• Shoutouts will start at $5 and go up to $40 and can be purchased anytime during

your session for CASH ONLY.

• If you have young children attending the meet, please make sure you keep a

watchful eye on them.

• Please remember there is NO flash photography allowed during the competition.

• Please make sure when the meet is over you pick up any trash and throw it away

as you exit to your left out the side door. This does have a ramp for wheelchairs

and strollers.
